ILP- Class Dojo

For my ILP I put together a Class Dojo. I actually really liked this tool, its a good way to keep parents, students, and the teacher connected. The teacher can reward, penalize, and post stories to the site. It is probably going to be most useful for younger students because each student is given a little monster and is very easy to understand.  It also can give teachers a progress report which will show the teacher what the class needs to improve on the most.

  1. I would like to explore your class more thoroughly, as I'm sure your classmates will. I have already signed up as Will's parent. Please accept me.

To facilitate your classmates, please add a hyperlink to the class, shown in the third picture so we don't have to manually type.

Also, please post the parent codes for each student so classmates can have immediate access and not wait for your approval.

  3. I think the idea of a Class Dojo is very cool. It seems like a more fun/inviting version of Edline or other tools. I agree that this is probably more effective for younger students. While I can't see the parent or student end of your site, based on the teacher end it looks like not a ton of information is provided. Maybe you could create a few more posts to improve the amount of communication happening with the "parents" and "students".
